I do not give consent to any film, video, audio or stream recording unless I, James Lawrence, give prior consent. It will be deemed illegal and court action may be taken against you if;
1: Any material has been made without prior permission.
2: Any material has been used to harm James Lawrence, James Homeopathy, Homeopath Enfield, Zen Earth Therapies or Shaolin Wahnam London.
A ‘No Consent Policy’ to record any film, video, audio or stream recording especially relates to, personal calls, client consultations, classes, public displays and demonstrations.
As well as the above mentioned, this also includes patient and student consent for any activities for; Homeopath Enfield, James Homeopath Enfield, Zen Earth Therapies and Shaolin Wahnam London.
By signing a Homeopath Enfield Form you give James Lawrence, James Homeopathy and Zen Earth Therapies permission to add your details to a Mailchimp Listing or any other resource to contact you with relevant information for any of the Zen Earth Therapies Services.
