Homeopathy a Holistic Health Approach
Homeopathy is a complementary therapy, and it is worth mentioning that I do not use the word alternative. It is complimentary because you can use Homeopathy it alongside any existing drugs and other therapies.
Homeopathy can also be used individually in many other situations. Here are some examples of what we can use homeopathy for solely, allergies, stress, colds & flu, aching muscles, grief, trauma and acne.
When prescribed drugs involved, it may take extra time for homeopathic remedies push through and stimulate the systems balancing process.
Prescribed drugs use a chemical process that can mask the symptoms and alter an individual’s state. But they do not work on the holistic principle of the five collective systems of body, mind, emotions, soul and spirit. Hence the remedies may need more time to establish a response in many cases.

Homeopathy is a form of medicine that has existed in its present form for over two hundred years but which has its roots in more ancient ideas.
It respects the efforts that the body makes to counter disease and instead of fighting these efforts it offers support and encouragement. It does this by matching the remedy’s effect to the actions that the body is already taking through the symptoms of the disease.
Homeopaths have available several thousand remedies whose actions have been observed through clinical practice and through provings, in which healthy volunteers take the remedies and carefully observe the effects of them.
People of all ages, cultures, and race can now widely access homeopathy for a myriad of conditions. Below is a shortlist of Physical, Emotional and Mental imbalances that people consider when seeking a Homeopath.
